This 42,000-square-foot building at the Quonset Business Park was completed in December 2015 and was built on speculation, with no particular buyer or tenant in mind. The structure has the potential to accommodate up to three companies. It is suitable for either manufacturing or warehousing, according to Doug Riggs, president of Riggs & Gallagher Inc. of North Kingstown, the project’s general contractor. The property owner is QP LLC. The office space has 16-foot ceilings, while the work area available for manufacturing or warehousing has 24-foot ceilings. The value of the construction was not disclosed.
