PROVIDENCE – Dr. Robert Insoft, senior vice president of quality and clinical effectiveness at Women & Infants hospital, recently published the fourth edition of the book “Guidelines for Air and Ground Transport of Neonatal and Pediatric Patients.”
The book outlines basic medical procedures, techniques and therapies for getting pediatric patients stabilized in the field before they are transported.
Insoft, editor-in-chief of the book, worked with more than 30 contributors from around the world, including two other Women & Infants staffers.
