Why did you select your profession?
When creating Lifecycle, the plan wasn’t for nonprofit management to become my profession. Running the charity was something I would do on the side, in addition to my career. But as time went on, and the organization grew, it demanded more.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever been given?

What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?
Write everything down. Be patient. Start now.

How do you keep a work-life balance?
My wife and I share the workload at home. … I also don’t sleep much, so I can spend time with my family and doing social things, then work late when everybody else is sleeping anyway. -•
