Hinda Pollard, one of my Bryant University professors, truly prepared, pushed and challenged me and always kept me accountable.

I still see myself in the field of HR, expanding my knowledge and expertise.

Find a way to combine your passion and talent, and you’ll never work another day in your life.

What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?

There are many things in life that you can’t control so don’t waste your time, energy or sanity on them.

How do you keep a work-life balance?

At certain times, leaving technology behind allows me to focus on what’s important and in front of me.
