John K. Fulweiler, a maritime attorney at Fulweiler LLC, has been appointed chairman of the American Salvage Association’s membership committee. A proctor in admiralty, Fulweiler is a licensed merchant mariner and has served as a staff captain with a New England towing and salvage firm. He holds a law degree from University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. •
