Why did you select your profession?

When I completed graduate school … I had a unique opportunity in a family business that others would not have, so I decided to take it.

Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?

I would like to continue to grow and develop my skills so that I can perform at a higher level, provide added value to clients and grow the business.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever been given?

I was told that there are no easy paths to success. Hard work, commitment and consistency are [key to] good results.

What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?

Commit to education and training while you’re young.

How do you keep a work-life balance?

Try to do some fun things and reward yourself for hard work.

What one thing in your professional life would you like a do-over on?

There are so many, I can’t pick one but every mistake is a learning experience, so I’m continuously working to improve for the future. •
