BOSTON – The New England CPA and business-consulting firm of Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co., which has offices in Providence and Newport, announced a joint-services agreement with Dezan Shira, one of the largest business firms in Asia, for China-based accounting, tax and consulting services.

The two firms will share office space, with the specialized services available in the New England offices on a full-time basis.

“We have always been well-positioned to provide international tax services and now we are bringing even more value to our clients by adding the experience of the Dezan Shira team,” said Paul Oliveira, KLR’s director of tax services. “We not only possess the technical expertise, but we are also well-versed in both cultures and languages.”

The two firms will provide services to New England-based companies doing business in China and Hong Kong.
