How do you encourage employee feedback?

Our open-door policy promotes a friendlier culture, open flow of communication and accessibility. The annual KLR Summit gathers all employees for a full day of off-site planning and social time. Quarterly all-staff and monthly departmental meetings create opportunities for genuine give and take.

What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?

Promoting employee well-being. KLR wellness programs include health screenings, weight-loss programs, healthy living sessions, team walks, competitions, etc.
