How do you encourage employee feedback?
Two ways stand out: the KLR Annual Summit, a full day of strategic planning off-site; and we set aside “social time” so that employees can talk to their associates and allow relationships with supervisors to develop.
What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?
Wellness programs include health screenings, weight-loss programs, healthy-living sessions, team walks.
What is the most important benefit the company provides?
KLR University offers 120 courses for staff.
