Kara Marley has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager at the Portsmouth Office of NewportFed. Marley began working for the bank in 1999 as a part-time teller before being promoted to head teller, assistant customer service representative and branch manager. She is a resident of Newport and serves as treasurer of the Portsmouth Business Association. •
