Keith D. Kelly, has been appointed chair of the board of Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island. Kelly, who is senior vice president, corporate banking at RBS Citizens Bank, has served on the board since 2007, contributing to the areas of finance and strategic positioning. He has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial banking industry and holds an MBA from the University of Miami. •
