Pick something you love. If you are passionate about what you do … it makes life so much more enjoyable.

What is your favorite Rhode Island escape or hobby?

My all-time favorite Rhode Island escape is Block Island. We go every year with my husband’s family … and it is one week of fun in the sun.

How do you keep a work-life balance?

My job allows me to have enough time with my 18-month-old twins and my husband during my winter and summer breaks. … I also try to shut my email and phone down when I am home.

What one thing in your professional life would you like a do-over on?

There is nothing that I would do over. … The choices that I made got me to where I am, and I am happy and loving my career. •
