Lakeville man again wins $1M lottery prize

BRAINTREE, Mass. – For the second time in two and a half years, a Lakeville man has a won a million dollars in the state Lottery.

Kevin Phillips won a $1 million prize on an instant ticket, according to SouthCoastToday.com.

Phillips won his latest prize from the Massachusetts State Lottery in the new “Win It All!” $5 instant game. He won his first $1 million prize in the “100X The Cash” $10 instant game.

Phillips again chose to receive his winnings in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 (before tax withholdings). He plans to celebrate by going to Disney World.

Phillips purchased his winning ticket at a Canton supermarket. His previous $1 million ticket was purchased at supermarket in Middleboro. •
