SMITHFIELD – Providence-based Larew, Doyle & Associates recently arranged $8.5 million in mortgage financing on a 108,000-square-foot, Class A office building at 910 Douglas Pike. The Smithfield Office Center, a three-building professional office park, is located off of Interstate 295.
The loan features a 10-year fixed interest rate and is non-recourse. The Massachusetts-based lender fixed the interest rate 90 days prior to funding, according to a news release.
