LeachGarner acquires Findings Inc.

ATTLEBORO – LeachGarner, a Berkshire Hathaway company, has completed the acquisition of the Findings Inc. and Fuller Findings businesses from Findings Inc. The businesses will operate as part of the General Findings division of Leach Garner, the company announced Wednesday.

“This acquisition aligns with LeachGarner’s goal of increasing value to the jewelry industry through mill-to-market customer solutions, extensive product offerings, technical support and best in class service levels,” Joe White, LeachGarner president, said in prepared remarks. “We are confident of a highly synergistic melding of customers, products and industry experience.”

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the acquisition is still subject to closing conditions.

According to the release, Finding Inc.’s product offerings will fill important segments in LeachGarner’s product portfolio.

“LeachGarner has proven to have the management and resources to assure our customers will be able to continue their own business in an uninterrupted manner,” Harvey O’Conor, CEO of Findings Inc., said in a statement.
