NORTH KINGSTOWN – Life Wear Technologies LLC has acquired TriCalm’s line of anti-itch products from Cosmederm Bioscience Inc. of San Diego.

“The TriCalm brand is an excellent fit for our company,” Life Wear Technologies co-founder and CEO Brad Waugh said Tuesday. “It is a natural extension of our product offering and allows us to leverage and strengthen our existing relationships with national and regional retailers. We’ll also continue to partner with Cosmederm, as our ultimate goal is to deliver new and innovative products to our end consumers.”

Life Wear Technologies, a supplier of sports medicine products, manufactures CryoMAX cold therapy eight-hour reusable cold packs and the recently launched ThermalMAX long-lasting heat packs. Life Wear also offers products including tapes and bandages to retailers around the world.
