Lighthouse launches cloud suite

LINCOLN – Lighthouse Computer Services announced Feb. 28 that it will launch a new suite of cloud services.

Lighthouse’s services are based on Actifio’s Protection and Availablity Storage platform integrated with IBM hardware, a news release said.

Lighthouse will offer many cloud services: instant backup, disaster recovery, and test and development from a single platform.

“With the Actifio and IBM solution in place, we can offer a wide range of cloud services cost-effectively to end-users and improved SLAs,” said Ernie Yenke, president of Lighthouse Computer Services. “End-to-end virtualization of the IT stack transforms IT into a cloud service, private or public, and delivers it at an unprecedented low cost point.”
