Mark Haskins has been appointed senior vice president, market manager for the Rhode Island middle-market team in Sovereign Bank’s corporate banking division. Haskins brings to his role more than 25 years’ experience in banking. Most recently, Haskins was a senior relationship manager at Sovereign. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. •
