Mark Hichar has been named a partner in the corporate and business law group at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP. In addition, Hichar will serve as chair of the firm’s gaming-law practice. Most recently, Hichar was partner at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP. He has also served as assistant general council at GTECH Holding Corp. Hichar is a Yale University graduate and holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. •
