Mark Loiselle has been elected chair of the board of CareLink, a nonprofit management service organization. Loiselle, a CPA, is the director of finance at Saint Elizabeth Community. He also serves on the boards of Caritas Inc. and PACE-RI, is co-chair of the Rhode Island Society of CPAs’ nonprofit committee and a referee for youth sports. Loiselle holds an MBA from Bryant University. •
