Martin Lyons


Martin Lyons has been named executive chef at XO Café. Lyons most recently served as chef de cuisine at Loie Fuller’s, and as sous chef at Nick’s on Broadway. While at Nick’s, he was responsible for all aspects of kitchen management, including staff management and seasonal menu development. Lyons holds a bachelor’s degree in service management from Johnson & Wales University. •
