Meg Fraser has been appointed press secretary for U.S. Rep. James R. Langevin. Fraser has spent the last five years as editor in chief of the Cranston Herald and Johnston Sun Rise newspapers. She is also editor of PrimeTime magazine, a senior-living publication. She received a bachelor’s in journalism from Northeastern University in 2008. •
