Michael Silvia has been made partner at Duffy & Shanley Inc. Silvia is currently responsible for managing the daily operations of the agency’s creative product as its creative director. In his role, he has led campaigns for Foster Grant, Fox Sports Net, Staples and others. He has served as a creative consultant for Coca-Cola Co.’s Sprite brand and is a frequent judge for advertising competitions. •
