Mott & Chace Sotheby’s to open office in Providence

PROVIDENCE – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty will open an office in Providence in mid- to late December, in a ground-level unit at 100 Exchange St.
The office will be nearly 2,000 square feet and is being completed by contractors, according to Mott & Chace co-founder and co-owner Judy Chace. The real estate company will occupy what is now a vacant retail space, overlooking Waterplace Park.
The Providence market offers huge potential for growth, Chace said, with a unique collection of well-maintained and preserved historic buildings.
The Providence office will be led by sales associate and manager Benjamin T. Scungio, who said in a news release that he looked forward to meeting the needs of the company’s Providence and East Bay clientele.
Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty now has offices in the Watch Hill area of Westerly, in Charlestown and Narragansett.
