Nancy Dufresne has been named vice president, small-business relationship manager and commercial lending at Bank Rhode Island, where she is now responsible for managing customer relationships and cultivating new ones. Dufresne holds a certificate in business from the Katherine Gibbs School and studied finance and business administration at the Community College of Rhode Island. •
