WARWICK – Business IT support company NetCenergy last week announced its new NetCare Advantage Managed Support Program. The company said in a statement that the program will offer clients more flexibility.
Under NetCare Advantage, clients will work together with the NetCenergy IT team to determine what products and services are covered.
The change is a response to client demands, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Jack Simpson said in a statement. “They wanted to set IT priorities critical to their business needs for NetCenergy to monitor, manage and service when needed,” Simpson’s statement said.
