EAST PROVIDENCE – New England Construction has opened a regional office at 20 Burlington Mall Road in Burlington, Mass., the Rhode Island-based company announced Monday.
“As we continue to expand our geographic presence in Greater Boston and northern New England, we felt that it was vital to invest in a physical location to further solidify our existing relationships with key clients, as well as cultivate new relationships with a potential client base, architects, engineers and developers in the Massachusetts marketplace,” said John D. Pignataro, president and chief operating officer of New England Construction, in a release.
A company spokesperson was not immediately available to provide information about whether New England Construction expects to hire new staff for the Burlington office or relocate existing staff.
The opening of the Burlington regional office came as New England Construction announced the appointment of Michael Guilmet to the position of vice president. In his new role, Guilmet will lead the company’s strategic business development efforts in the Boston area.
