I hope to be continuing my work at MojoTech surrounded by talented people building great software.
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
I think the best advice I’ve ever received (and sometimes give) is not to take advice from anyone not invested in the outcome.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?
Try harder – don’t coast.
What is your favorite Rhode Island escape or hobby?
I enjoy swimming, cycling and running, in immediate succession over various distances (i.e., triathlons).
How do you keep a work-life balance?
Work-life balance implies that work isn’t a part of life, yet it takes up the majority of our time. Rather than trying to balance a negative and a positive, I focus on ensuring MojoTech enriches my, and our employees’, lives positively.
