PLANNING PRIORITIES

The Rhode Island Small Business Development Center will offer a seminar on planning 2013 priorities for businesses from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Larry Friedman International Center for Entrepreneurship, Taco Center, 10 Abbott Park Place Providence.

Participants will learn about realistic priorities and objectives that are essential to meeting business goals. The workshop will provide attendees with a 2013 plan draft, which will be used to focus on working toward goals.

Practical planning techniques, time-management tools and a review of reasonable objectives will be discussed. Greg Enos, the author of “Investing Time Wisely, Creating Energized Teams and Sharpening Your Listening Skills” training programs, will lead the seminar.
