Patricia Estrada Martin

Patricia Estrada Martin has been named vice president of network operations for Cox Communications’ Northeast region. Martin is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operation and engineering of the company’s video, data and telephony products. She has more than 12 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from University of Oklahoma. •
