Perez honored at engineers’ conference

Daniel Perez has been recognized with the Science Spectrum Trailblazer Award, sponsored by U.S. Black Engineer and Information Technology magazine. The award, which was presented to Perez at the 26th Black Engineer of the Year Awards Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Conference, recognizes minority men and women who are helping to create opportunities for others in science, research, technology and development. Perez is a mechanical engineer at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport. More
