The New England Cinderella Scholarship Pageant’s 2011 Overall Royalty will host a Model for Wishes event from 7 to 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 22. The fashion show, silent auction and raffle will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The event will also include a boutique, vendors, cash bar and hors d’oeuvres. Opportunities Unlimited Inc., a nonprofit that provides support services to those with differing abilities, will present the fifth annual A Taste of Wine & Art on Tuesday, April 24, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Guests will be able to enjoy light fare, wine and an art auction, with proceeds benefitting the Opportunities Unlimited program.
