SOCIAL ENTERPRISE GREENHOUSE BENEFIT NIGHT
Social Enterprise Greenhouse will host a fundraising event from 5 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13 at Flatbread Company Providence, 161 Cushing St., Providence. During the event, the Providence Flatbread Company will donate $3.50 for each large flatbread and $1.75 for each small flatbread sold. The event will feature a raffle and prizes. FREEDOM FUND BREAKFAST
The Providence branch of the NAACP will host its annual breakfast at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 17 at the Providence Marriott Hotel, 1 Orms St., Providence. AUCTION FOR THE ARTS
The Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre will host its 12th annual Auction for the Arts Gala at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 29 at Stadium Theatre, 28 Monument Square, Woonsocket. SUPER DOG ADOPTION DAY
Always Adopt will host their fourth Super Dog Adoption Day event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 1 at Balise Toyota of Warwick, 1400 Post Road, Warwick. During the event, 15 or more local shelters and rescues will showcase their available dogs in hopes of placing the right dogs with the right families. Adoption fees are determined and handled by each individual rescue or shelter. Prospective adopters are encouraged to visit the website to see all the dogs and puppies available for adoption and to initiate the adoption process by filling out the “common application” if interested in adopting a dog at the event. TOUR DE CURE
The American Diabetes Association will host its annual Tour de Cure fundraiser beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday, June 1 at the University of Rhode Island, 7 Greenhouse Road, Kingston. During the Tour de Cure, riders of all levels join forces in the fight to stop diabetes. Route Distances include: 7M, 15M, 30M, 62M, 100M. Registration begins at 8 a.m. Ride starts at 9 a.m. Fundraising Minimum: $200. Cost to register: $25.
