Visit Roger Williams Park Zoo to learn how climate change is impacting our local community and polar bear populations. Guests will be given an event passport to get stamped at several education stations around the Zoo where experts, interactive biofacts, and games will show how our actions can affect wildlife, and that planting a tree can help by reducing our carbon footprint. At the end of the day, guests can turn in their completed passports for a chance to win several prizes! The event runs from 10am – 3pm. A portion of ticket sales for the day will be allocated for the Trees 2020 program to help replace 200 trees in Roger Williams Park that came down during major storms in recent years. This event is free with Zoo admission.
