Though the National Hockey League is still in a lockout, teams in the American Hockey League have already hit the ice. Friday, the Providence Bruins will take on the Manchester Monarchs in their season opener at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center. The first 1,500 fans to arrive early will each receive a pair of thundersticks to use as they cheer on the team. Save on tickets with the $5 Friday discount, which reduces the price of 100-level tickets purchased online from $32 to $27.
