Providence firm receives $12.9M loan for N.H. apartment complex

PROVIDENCE – Larew Doyle & Associates recently secured a $12.9 million first mortgage loan for Appleton Oaks Apartments, a 113-unit, age-restricted apartment complex in Hampton, N.H.
The fixed rate, non-recourse loan was placed with one of Larew Doyle & Associates’ correspondent life insurance companies, CMFG Life Insurance Co., according to a news release.
The loan’s rate is below 4 percent, and fixed for 15 years. It is assumable and allows for future secondary financing.
Based in Providence, Larew, Doyle & Associates has offices in New York and Syracuse, N.Y.
