Pure Haven Essentials replacing Ava Anderson Non Toxic

WARREN – Pure Haven Essentials, a new company and brand issuing from the firm known as Ava Anderson Non Toxic, is preparing to launch in March, led by Bob Manny, chief operating officer, Manny reported Friday.
In late January, Ava Anderson Non Toxic, owned and operated by the Anderson family of Barrington since 2009, announced it would close without the Anderson family, citing attacks against Ava Anderson, the company founder, and her products, but would reopen under Manny. A recent update to the website cited Feb. 29 for the changeover.
Friday marks the launch of a new name and logo, but the Ava Anderson Non Toxic business will continue operating through the end of February, Manny said in a press release. Ava Anderson originally formed the firm with her brother, Frohman, and their mother, Kim Anderson. The company’s thousands of independent consultants had through January sold more than 90 products in 17 categories – including home cleaning products, baby care and cosmetics.
A search for new ownership and a new CEO has begun, while the new brand and initial product offering in March will be based on “stringent testing and quality assurance protocols,” Manny said.
Production is being moved in-house, under the direct guidance of a new chief product officer and in-house quality control department, he said.
Manny said the mission of the new company will remain identical to the original: “to create a world free of harmful toxins in personal care and home products for humans and the environment.” More than 10,000 independent consultants across the U.S. and “hundreds of thousands” of customers will remain connected through Pure Haven Essentials, he said.
“Once a consumer understands some of the facts, including the use of harmful chemicals in conventional products that are linked to disease, they want to learn more. We have an alternative that is the answer in their search for safer products for themselves and their families,” he said.
Pure Haven Essentials will rely on the same direct sales business model Ava Anderson Non Toxic used, wherein independent consultants are not employees of, but partners with the company, he added.
“We have had issues with a few products from third-party suppliers and those have been addressed,” Manny stated. “Today is a new day in the life of this important company, for our many employees, independent consultants and customers. We believe in our mission, our products and our field of consultants, who inspire us every day.”
