RIBBA has new Providence home

PROVIDENCE – The Rhode Island Black Business Association has moved into offices in downtown Providence, at 3 Regency Plaza, Suite 3.
The organization is leasing about 1,000 square feet in the building, and was attracted not only by the Providence location but the shared building amenities, which include conference rooms and a full-service gym. “It was an easy sell,” said association president, Lisa Ranglin.
The new location is a milestone for the organization, she said, which previously operated in shared space. The organization, founded in 2011, represents black-owned businesses, professionals and entrepreneurs, and engages in mentoring, legislative advocacy and business development.
