PROVIDENCE – Gov. Gina M. Raimondo has nominated Christopher H. Little and Heather Tow-Yick to the board of directors of the R.I. Airport Corporation.

Raimondo submitted their names to the state Senate for confirmation.

“As we work to strengthen our economy, we are building a coordinated strategy to attract visitors and businesses to Rhode Island,” Raimondo said in a statement. “Chris and Heather understand this goal and the role our airport must play in making our state stronger. I also want to thank Bradford Dimeo and John Justo for their dedication and great work on this board.”

The R.I. Airport Corporation operates T.F. Green Airport and the five general aviation airports in Rhode Island. It is governed by a board of directors consisting of seven appointed members who serve in staggered terms.
