WESTERLY – Randall Realtors has formed The Randall Family of Companies following its acquisition of Page Taft Real Living of Connecticut.
The acquisition of Taft Page adds that firm’s offices in Guilford, Madison and Essex, Conn., plus around 50 employees to The Randall Family of Companies. Randall now has nearly 500 employees and 26 offices in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Terms of the sale were not released.
Despite the merger and the changing of the corporate name, Randall, Page Taft and Kinli Grover Real Estate on Cape Cod, which Randall bought in 2009, will continue to use their individual brand names. The Kinlin Grover Real Estate part of the company includes 300 employees in 15 offices in Massachusetts.
With the latest sale, the 34-year-old Randall Family of Companies becomes the 129th largest real estate firm in the country.
“While we are growing rapidly, we are committed to retaining the same family-owned culture and ethic that always has been our hallmark,” said Doug Randall, Randall Companies founder and CEO in a statement announcing the purchase. “The word ‘family’ captures the essence of our three companies.”
