PROVIDENCE – Rockland Trust will expand and upgrade its offices at the IGT Center building, at 10 Memorial Blvd., adding 15 new offices and additional group facilities to its ninth-floor space.
The work will be conducted by Integrated Builders of Rockland, Mass., according to a press release.
The 10 Memorial Blvd. building also is home to IGT Corp., Fidelity Investments and the Capital Grille.
In addition to the 15 new offices, Rockland Trust’s space will be improved with new mechanical and electrical and plumbing fixtures, updated finishes, two new conference rooms and an employee lounge. The existing entrance walls will be replaced with glass panes, providing more natural lighting to the offices, according to the release.
Integrated Builders will work with architects DRL Associates Inc., of Weymouth, Mass., and engineers Engineering Design Services Inc., of North Smithfield. The company had previously served as general contractor and construction manager for Rockland Trust in another location, and for three additional tenants at IGT Center: Ameriprise Financial, The Virtus Group and Brown Rudnick.
