Rogean Makowski has joined Webster Private Bank’s Providence office as senior vice president, senior fiduciary services officer. Makowski joins the bank from The Washington Trust Co., where she most recently served as senior vice president, wealth management client services. She is a chartered financial consultant and a graduate of Williams College School of Banking.
