Friday, Barrington Books will welcome French chef Jacques Pépin to its store for a Black Friday book signing. Pépin will be in-store for one hour only to sign copies of his latest cook book, “New Complete Techniques.” The book is an updated version of his original “Complete Techniques,” and now features more than 1,000 color photographs and a variety of new techniques. Throughout the book, Pépin guides readers through the basics, the whimsical and the complex with step-by-step photos and simple directions.
