SOUTH KINGSTOWN – Energy management company Schneider Electric was named a “Channel Champion” by CRN Magazine for the 20th consecutive year.
Schneider earned the title in the overall category of power protection and management at an awards ceremony during the XChange Solution Provider conference on March 12 in Orlando, Fla.
According to a Schneider release, CRN’s Channel Champions awards are based on surveys conducted with “top solution providers,” the awards are presented to the vendors that receive the best ratings in technological satisfaction, support satisfaction and financial benefits.
Schneider lauded the CRN Channel Champions survey as the “largest and broadest-based technology integrator market study in the industry.”
“Winning CRN’s Channel Champions awards for 20 years is an incredible honor for Schneider Electric and demonstrates the unwavering commitment we have toward the channel in providing the best capabilities, products and support available in the market,” Rob McKernan, president North America of Schneider’s Electric IT Business, said in a statement.
“Our many strong, long-standing channel partnerships speak to our dedication in growing and changing to meet the evolving needs of the market without sacrificing the excellence that our partners have come to expect, and we thank all of our channel partners for the privilege of working with them so collaboratively through the years,” said McKernan.
CRN Senior Vice President and Editorial Director Kelley Damore, called the magazine’s Channel Champion award a “distinct honor.”
