Scottye Lindsey has been appointed Rhode Island’s director of the Department of Business Regulation. He previously worked for Deutsche Bank for 18 years. Lindsey holds a B.A. in international relations and economics from Brown University and MBA in finance from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
