The tenets and wisdom of Agile tells us that all software development work should stem from business value. We itemize how we deliver that business value through user stories. What if we could take user stories and transform them into an automated set of tests to ensure that our development effort is 100% focused on the delivery of business value? What if we could run this automated suite of tests to ensure all of our features are working as we expect them to?
With outside-in development, we can! In this presentation, we'll take a user story from writing it to implementation using outside-in development. Along the way, we will discuss the benefits of Agile philosophies such as iterative development, writing user stories, and test driven development (TDD).
