South Street Landing parking garage

The 740-space parking garage will serve tenants at the $220 million South Street Landing complex and will anchor the northern side of the property. The eight-story garage is on land leased from National Grid. The project is being developed by CV Properties LLC and Wexford Science & Technology. Gilbane Building Co., of Providence, is the project manager and builder. Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, of New York and Boston, is the architect.
