NORTH PROVIDENCE – The Cathedral of Sts. Peter and Paul in Providence was the scene for the recent graduation ceremony for the 113th class educated at The St. Joseph School of Nursing.
The school, located on the campus of Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence, graduated a class of 32 students, all of them finishing the only three-year diploma program in Rhode Island leading to the national licensing exam to become a registered nurse.
The St. Joseph School of Nursing recently received an eight-year continuing accreditation by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
