PROVIDENCE – West Warwick-based Arpin Van Lines topped the customer satisfaction category for the 10 largest household goods shipment service providers in the 22nd annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey published by Trippel Survey & Research.
The global mover scored 8.47 out of 10 based on results from 6,878 evaluations collected by Trippel, which has been conducting research on the relocation industry since 1994. The surveys were conducted during the six months that ended June 30 on moving industry service providers that included household goods shippers, relocation management companies, destination rentals and others.
“The results of this independent survey validate the feedback we have been receiving directly for years in the form of letters and emails from happy customers,” said David Arpin, president and CEO of Arpin Van Lines.
“Our focus on Creating Customers For Life begins with our corporate culture,” he added. “We provide award-winning support to our employees to aid them in achieving their health and wellness goals, in addition to numerous community volunteer opportunities that foster team spirit. Well-trained and happy employees, who believe strongly in helping people, offer the highest level of service to our customers.”
