How do we invite employee feedback?

Every two years we formally invite all employees to participate in an engagement survey. We have quarterly “Leadership Coffee Chats” and “Town Hall” sessions. Supervisors have an open-door policy. Lastly, we support a business-abuse hotline for any employee to provide feedback confidentially.

How do we encourage employee engagement?

We established a culture committee to share ideas on how to engage all employees at work. We have bimonthly activities for a little fun and socialization. Quarterly, our employees rally together by volunteering and donating to their charity of choice. •
